Spa Housekeeping Team Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Spa Housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of spa facilities.
- Develop and implement procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas.
- Collaborate with other spa teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experience.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any issues to management.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with the FOH Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new spa programs and services.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a spa housekeeping or operations role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
