About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Duty Manager to join our team at Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the spa, providing exceptional guest service, and driving membership sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the spa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Champion guest and member services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Manage guest and member feedback, communicating with all departments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist the Spa Membership Sales Manager with membership retention, organizing member events and enhanced membership offerings.
  • Upsell retail and treatments, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Industry-relevant qualifications, including a degree, HND, or Advanced GNVQ.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment.
