We are currently seeking an experienced Academic Educator in Business Psychology to join our team at Global Banking School. As a leading provider of education and training, we strive to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the needs of our students.

About the Role



As an Academic Educator, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Business Psychology related subjects. Your primary objective will be to design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities that promote student engagement and learning outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of academic materials, assess student work, and provide constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities



• Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities that meet learning objectives

• Develop and maintain up-to-date course materials, ensuring relevance to current industry practices

• Assess student work, providing timely and constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes

• Contribute to the development of academic programs, including curriculum design and review

• Participate in internal and external events, such as program reviews, open days, and partner visits

Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Business Psychology or a related field, preferably with a doctoral-level qualification. You should have experience in teaching in higher education, supervising student work, and providing support and feedback. Additionally, you should be able to maintain thorough and organized student records, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
