About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Operations Executive to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for administering existing systems, investigating and experimenting with new features and solutions, and supporting the collection of data points to deliver data and analytics insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer existing systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure seamless operations
- Investigate and experiment with new features and solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the collection of data points to deliver data and analytics insights to inform business decisions
- Advise on system usage and structure to meet varying team goals and objectives
- Create and test new software solutions to meet business needs
- Integrate user feedback into IT solution designs to ensure user-centric solutions
- Suggest technology solutions for various projects and campaigns to drive business growth
- Manage software renewals to ensure continuity of services
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technology Operations Executive who has a strong background in managing and administering martech and broader technology stacks. You should have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to align technology to solutions to the broader company strategy.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in managing and administering martech and broader technology stacks
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of supporting initiatives across the business
- A proven ability to align technology to solutions to the broader company strategy
- A track record of consistently delivering technology projects
- Experience of delivering training on new features and functionality to the broader organisation
- Salesforce experience is preferable
