About SCR

SCR is a leading provider of residential and supported living care services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold relevant qualifications such as QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or the Registered Managers Award.

The ideal candidate will have strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements. They will also be enthusiastic, passionate, and determined to achieve outstanding results and deliver the highest quality care.

Job Description
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements

The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care and compliance. They will work closely with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in care delivery.
