We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced pub environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving food quality, developing and motivating a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control in the kitchen.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced pub environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage kitchen costs, inventory, and labor effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and guest experiences.
