Job Summary:

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Officer to join our team at Randstad Education. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will be able to see past challenging behavior and offer guidance with empathy and understanding. You will also be responsible for providing one-to-one support, assisting with lesson plans, and helping to manage student behavior.

The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
