Audit Committee Lead

BSAC, the UK national governing body for scuba diving and snorkeling, is seeking a person with board level financial experience to become Chair of its Audit Committee. As Audit Committee Lead, you will be responsible for establishing, leading and managing the audit committee, engaging with stakeholders and reporting to the board.
The key responsibilities include:
• Senior financial or audit roles experience
• Experience on an Audit Committee
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
We anticipate the time commitment would be no more than a few days a year. The salary for this position is expected to be around £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
