We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Expert to join our team at Options Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support and maintenance services for a high-profile building in London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure optimal system performance
- Covering Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works as required

Requirements:
- Qualified in plumbing and building services, with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in similar high-profile building environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
