Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician to join our team at Options Resourcing. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-profile building in London.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in plumbing, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of plant and equipment associated with the building.
  • Covering PPM's and reactive works.
  • Minor installation, hot and cold-water faults, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Techincally qualified apprentice trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Able to carry out sprinkler tests.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and technologies.
