Job Title: Global Mobility Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Manager to lead our expatriate compensation and payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and delivering end-to-end monthly data and compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end monthly data and compensation processes, including collecting, processing, and distributing data and payroll instructions.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and obtain sign-off prior to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for technology user experience improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to customer project workshops and meetings, and lead consulting projects to review and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in Global Mobility, expatriate tax, and/or payroll, specifically in areas such as data management, compliance, technology, and client management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to digest information from multiple sources and deliver concise business updates.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
