We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to empower customers to maximize their potential and independence
- Assess customer needs and develop support plans to address their unique requirements
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Build professional relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
- Liaise with external support services to improve customer confidence, health, and wellbeing
- Manage emergency situations and maintain accurate records
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, adaptability, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
