Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our BMW Brighton Retail Centre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Sales Enquiries

Effectively handle all sales enquiries and provide solutions to customers' needs.

Training and Development

Provide guidance and training to our sales team to improve their job performance, with a focus on prospecting, customer follow-up, and closing deals.

Administrative Procedures

Establish and maintain administrative procedures and policies to ensure the smooth handling of all business and accurate sales records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key success drivers essential to deliver consistently strong results in terms of business growth, net profit, and cost control, together with high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
