Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet business objectives
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer data to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail industry
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
