Aon is seeking a highly skilled Large Corporate Group Risk Specialist to join our Health & Risk Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice on their Group Risk and benefits.

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality consulting services and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and renewal of existing accounts.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of clients' employee benefits requirements, documenting and analysing results, and making recommendations for enhancement or provision of services by Aon.
  • IDentify revenue generation opportunities for existing clients and collaborate with the wider Aon teams to expand services and enhance relationships internally and externally.
  • Ensure profitability of clients by guaranteeing current revenue meets client expectations and driving revenue growth on existing portfolios in line with business targets.
  • Maintain technical competency, staying up-to-date with relevant knowledge through reading, events, and provider training.
  • Work in accordance with Aon's UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with Aon's UK Limited policies, including participating in risk management (completing mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

  • Experience within the Large Corporate Group Risk Market is essential.
  • A proven track record of effective client-facing behaviours.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for deployment on both internal and external client teams.
  • A commercial mind, supported by effective planning of pipeline opportunities.
