You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

As a highly skilled risk management professional, you'll have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency. You'll also have experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing control frameworks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing conduct risk associated with relevant franchise products
  • Producing corporate governance and risk committee packs, formulating and articulating technology-related risk profiles using an operational risk framework and material risk measures
  • Providing a joined-up or aggregated view of the control environment for relevant technology and digital business areas
  • Communicating complex ideas and solutions to support risk management

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. If you're a motivated and results-driven risk management professional looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you
