**Job Title:** Complex Care Specialist

**Location:** Horsham, West Sussex

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Enviva Complex Care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young individual with complex health needs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to clients with quadriplegia and non-verbal conditions
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work specified hours

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
