Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working on a permanent two-weekly rota with shift patterns covering our core operational hours. You will be supporting our clients with personal care, accessing various activities, promoting independence, inclusion, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical and emotional support to clients, enabling them to meet their goals and outcomes identified in their support plans.
  • Work in a person-centered way, promoting independence, inclusion, and learning.
  • Support clients with personal care, including daily living tasks and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate a can-do approach, giving confidence to linkers/carers and families we work with.
  • A valid driving license and evidence of driving a manual car via video.
  • IELTS and valid TB test.
  • Valid police clearance.
