About the Role:This is a full-time position, working on a permanent two-weekly rota with shift patterns covering our core operational hours. You will be supporting our clients with personal care, accessing various activities, promoting independence, inclusion, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide practical and emotional support to clients, enabling them to meet their goals and outcomes identified in their support plans.
- Work in a person-centered way, promoting independence, inclusion, and learning.
- Support clients with personal care, including daily living tasks and activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Ability to demonstrate a can-do approach, giving confidence to linkers/carers and families we work with.
- A valid driving license and evidence of driving a manual car via video.
- IELTS and valid TB test.
- Valid police clearance.
