About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Coach to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our Retail Apprentices, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions to our Retail Apprentices, focusing on their Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.
  • Apprentice Support: Provide coaching and guidance to our apprentices, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge throughout their apprenticeship.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and suggest improvements to ensure we are delivering the best possible outcomes for our apprentices.
  • Content Creation: Research and write high-quality training content for both virtual and classroom delivery, ensuring it is engaging and relevant to our apprentices' needs.
  • Safeguarding and Compliance: Ensure you have a strong awareness of safeguarding, prevent, and British values, and are able to apply this knowledge in your role.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a customer service environment, with a background in retail travel sales and classroom/remote delivery.
  • Qualifications: Level 3+ qualification in Education and Training, with a strong understanding of assessment and quality assurance.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
