Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in a community setting, providing individualized care to mental health service users. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community mental health, with experience in assessing needs, planning, and delivering care from assessment to discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of mental health service users and develop personalized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and other professionals
  • Provide supervision to non-qualified staff and work closely with mental health service users to empower and support their recovery journey
  • Work in a community setting, providing care to mental health service users
Requirements
  • Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
  • Fully enhanced valid DBS
  • Community experience
