Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a specialist Mental Health hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to 18-25-year-olds with mental health needs, while also supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
