About the Role
Rydon is seeking a skilled Scheduler / Repairs Administrator to join our Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the diaries of Maintenance Operatives and subcontractors to ensure the completion of maintenance and repair works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate jobs to Maintenance Operatives and subcontractors using our scheduling software
- Work closely with our call centre team and liaise with clients and residents to ensure relevant access requirements and security are adhered to
- Escalate outstanding jobs and follow tasks through to completion, ensuring all jobs are closed down on the system once completed
