Operations Scheduler

Salary: £26k - £27k
Type: Perm, full time office.
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
To manage the future schedule of appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors. This role involves actively scheduling available operatives and sub-contractors to jobs, overseeing allocated tasks to ensure consistent customer service, and collaborating with the commercial team to ensure timely material ordering and collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize our system to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure materials are ordered and collected from suppliers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with operatives and sub-contractors to ensure consistent customer service delivery.
- Essential experience in social housing/repairs.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
