We are working with a well-established firm of independent financial planners to find an experienced administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and other third parties
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Processing new applications
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Obtaining valuations and illustrations
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within financial services
  • Experience in submitting new business/applications on provider sites
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Friendly and personable
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Intelligent Office would be beneficial
