Product Management Opportunity

Proximity Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Product Management Leader to drive growth and innovation within a global building materials business in the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will lead the product division, develop a portfolio and team, and support strategic cross-functional projects within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver product enhancements and development strategies
  • Conduct robust end-to-end commercial assessments for projects
  • Sponsor and participate in agreed project teams
  • Perform lifecycle analysis and develop future product roadmaps
  • Manage the product portfolio, working closely with commercial colleagues
  • Understand market dynamics and identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

  • Background in product management within construction, manufacturing, or building products
  • Experience in leading teams and driving growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
