Product Management Opportunity

Proximity Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to lead the product division of a global building materials business in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will develop a portfolio and team, and support strategic cross-functional projects within the group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and deliver product enhancements and development strategies
* Conduct robust end-to-end commercial assessments for projects
* Sponsor and participate in agreed project teams
* Analyze product lifecycle and develop future product roadmaps
* Manage the product portfolio, working with commercial colleagues to track performance
* Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities and challenges

**Requirements:**

* Background in product management within construction, manufacturing, or building products
