About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team at Sanderson as a Strategic Product Leader. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital wealth platform and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver a front-end digital customer portal with specialism embedded, as a strategic asset for the organisation.
  • Work closely with the Director of Product and Chief Product Officer to shape product and commercial propositions.
  • Collaborate with design colleagues to drive features-based analysis of potential improvements based on customer insight and data.
  • Manage project expenditure in line with budget, ensuring value for money for customers.
  • Act as product owner for the platform and consider how to iterate the customer experience and the underlying financial product and fund range for the platform over time to improve commercial and customer outcomes further.
Requirements
  • Experience of UK financial services, preferably wealth platform industry.
  • A passion for building highly customer-centric digital products, with a strong emphasis on high-quality customer experience.
  • Experience of platform development from scratch or migration would be a real benefit.
