Regional Facilities Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Concrete Consulting. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple buildings in close proximity, primarily offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project works on-site from cradle to grave, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Appoint and manage relevant contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Provide daily liaison with service partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Engage with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns, and attending meetings with portfolio owners.
- Report to the Head of FM, providing regular updates and insights on facilities management operations.
Requirements
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on strategic operations and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
