About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our Executive Team as the Fundraising & Marketing Director. This pivotal role will oversee the strategic management of our charity's fundraising, marketing, and communications, driving the delivery of our short, medium, and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust income generation and marketing strategies to meet the current and future operational needs of the charity, with a focus on lottery growth.
  • Advise and support the CEO and Board on all fundraising and marketing matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Lead the team in a positive and inspirational way, maximising opportunities across our region and developing income diversification plans.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including other air ambulance charities, to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns, leveraging the charity's brand and reputation to drive engagement and fundraising.
Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with extensive fundraising experience, a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the charity sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
