- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop a content strategy that helps to build our online profile and drive engagement. Create compelling online content for the Energy Park website and social media platforms, including blogs, news updates, and case studies.
- Communication Materials: Assist in the planning and creation of other communication materials, including print, online, and video.
- Industry Research: Conduct industry research to identify new trends and content ideas relevant to our target audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations on key metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Event Support: Provide event support and assist in organizing and promoting company events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, reports, and documents, and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Education and Qualifications: Educated to degree level, able to demonstrate an excellent standard of both verbal and written communication and creative copywriting skills.
- Experience: At least two years' experience in a similar position where copywriting and content creation was integral to your role.
- Content Creation Skills: Skilled in creating diverse content, including blogs, newsletters, emails, and social media updates, that engages audiences and aligns with our brand voice.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an unwavering attention to detail in all aspects of your written work.
- Graphic Design Skills: A good eye for graphic design, with experience in creating visual online assets, e.g., social media templates, as well as eye-catching marketing documents.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive, creative thinker who's confident in identifying new opportunities and sharing with others.
- Social Media Skills: Confident in using all leading social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of graphic design software, ideally Canva.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams as needed.
