About Ashwell Mortgage ServicesAshwell Mortgage Services is a specialist division within the Ashtons group, dedicated to making the homebuying process as simple as possible. Our team of experts purely focus on mortgages, sourcing the best solutions for our clients from all major UK lenders. We also offer ancillary property or mortgage-related products, such as buildings & contents or mortgage protection.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team, supporting our HNW customers in securing the best mortgages. As a result of our huge demand in assisting customers, we have seen significant growth in our business, with over 800 properties sold in 2023 across our key markets. Our Client Services Department processes over 2500 quotes per year for ancillary services, and our offices across Herts will support our Mortgage Department in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business and maintain relationships with HNW individuals
- Source the best mortgage solutions from major UK lenders
- Offer high-quality advice and support to clients
- Work closely with our Client Services Department to generate leads
- Represent our brand to the highest standards
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a broker
- Fully ceMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Good track record of new business generation
- Proven track record in volume mortgage sales working with HNW individuals
- Knowledge of the markets we operate in and the demographic of our customer base
- Driven and ambitious professional with excellent communication skills
Basic £30,000pa with an OTE of £50,000 - £55,000 pa
Working HoursMonday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, with ad-hoc Saturdays when required working from home
