About the Role

The Group Strategy team supports the Group CEO, Group ExCo and plc Board in developing and refining Aviva's Group Strategy. The team is made up of expert strategy professionals drawn from top consulting firms, corporate strategy functions at other blue-chip firms, and within Aviva.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage and lead strategic projects and workstreams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate strategy consulting or a similar field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to structure and frame solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Good financial services knowledge
