Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our da Vinci Surgical System.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a clinical sales plan to maximize the utilization of our da Vinci Surgical System.
- Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Build relationships with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel.
- Provide training and support to surgical teams on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
- Successful experience in sales support or sales.
- Fluent in English and local language as required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
