Childcare Development Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Room Leader to join an independent children's day nursery in Camden. Blom and Blom places a strong emphasis on staff recognition, providing a supportive working environment, whilst offering the opportunity for both development and career progression.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting children throughout their Early Years stages
• Planning, preparing and evaluating children's daily activities
• Carrying out observations, planning and providing next steps to enhance children's development
• Working with parents and careers to promote children's learning and development

Requirements for this role include:
• A level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
• A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework
• An understanding of observations and developmental reports procedures
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
