What You'll Do
As a Field Services Engineer, you'll work on real-life projects, collaborating with experts to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation of traffic signal assets, including controllers, ancillary equipment, and highways systems, unsupervised or as part of a team.
- Completing electrical tests and pre-commissioning activities to ensure seamless integration.
- Liaising with customers and other contractors on site to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintaining high-quality standards while ensuring works are completed within set timelines.
- Periodic inspections with electrical testing to guarantee optimal performance.
- Routine maintenance of highways infrastructure to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Successful completion of mandatory National Highways Sector Scheme training requirements.

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, or Functional Skills/Apprenticeship equivalent.
