Traffic Management Operative

About the Role:
The 12d Traffic Management Operative sits at the heart of everything we do at Chevron Traffic Management.
You will be responsible for undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of temporary traffic lights, installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment.
As a key member of our team, you will also be required to help and guide new trainees.
What We Are Looking For:
- SLG Unit 2 or M1 / M2 qualified as a minimum
- 12d Lantra qualification is highly desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Chapter 8
- Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Positive "can-do" attitude
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Meticulous attention to detail

Working Hours:
General hours of work are 40 hours per week with overtime opportunity. Hours and shift patterns tend to fall on days; however, you may be also required to work evenings, nights and weekends.
You will also be required to be on the on-call rota especially if you have the use of a company van.
