Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Traffic Management Operative Trainee to join our team. As a Traffic Management Operative Trainee, you will play a key role in the delivery of our traffic management services, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the safe and efficient movement of traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
- Maintenance of temporary traffic lights
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying: cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment
- Helping and guiding new trainees, once qualified
Requirements
- Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test your offer will depend on the outcome of this
- Positive "can-do" attitude

Working Hours
General hours of work are 40 hours per week with overtime opportunity. Hours and shift patterns tend to fall on days; however, you may be also required to work evenings, nights and weekends. You will also be required to be on the on-call rota especially if you have the use of a company van.
