About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing teams and projects, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in youth services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance our youth work services and meet the evolving needs of young people.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of youth workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development, and develop partnerships to support our mission.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, using data and feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in youth services.
