Energy Industry Relationship Manager

At Share Energy, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and empowering our customers to make informed choices about their energy consumption. To help us achieve this goal, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team.
This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of our customers' needs and a passion for providing proactive support. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Training and supporting customers on using our customer portal and other tools.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services.
Product and Service Knowledge:
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Share Energy's products and services.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Contributing to the development of new products and services.
Team Management:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the customer service team.
- Recruiting, training, and developing customer service representatives.
- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field, as well as proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
