Marshall Fleet Solutions is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to support the maintenance of the purchase ledger.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices and expenses, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and employees, and resolving account queries.

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Processing invoices and expenses in a timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving queries
  • Supporting the finance function of the fleet management division

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other MS Office packages
  • Essential: 5 GCSE or equivalent grade C or above

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
