Process Improvement Engineer

- Conduct comprehensive quality assessments on suppliers and raw materials, work in progress, and finished products according to relevant specifications.
- Review client specifications to understand the quality standards for the product.
- Identify defects and non-compliance events and conduct appropriate FMEA and root cause analysis.
- Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of manufacturing experience and 4 years of quality experience.
- Highly numerate and skilled in scientific measurement and recording.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to train and coordinate the activities of other members of the quality control team.
