Group Engineering Program Lead

The Group Engineering Program Lead will be responsible for taking the lead on the development of efficient Asset Management Strategies & Process to deliver maximum value for DS Smith.
Manage the completion of maintenance maturity and value driver audits across the Group and set up concrete action plans to make a tangible impact.
Influence technical & operational excellence leaders across the Paper and Packaging Divisions.
Act as a champion on Reliability Maintenance, training, and coaching divisional/regional reliability resources.
Establish and monitor the Group & local "Value Driven Maintenance" roadmap that forms the basis of the Maintenance transformation program.
Coordinate activity on Long Term Asset Planning [LTAP] of equipment across the Group, developing appropriate policy, and standards to provide direction at Divisional/Regional levels for deployment.
Provide input to the development and delivery of DS Smith's strategy and goals, promoting cross-functional work and Operational Excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with experience in technical asset management.
You will also need to have advanced data analytics skills, proficiency in interpreting complex datasets, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, strong leadership and project management abilities, effective communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
