Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading engagement with our community and driving awareness of our brand and marketing programs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in community engagement and driving online dialogue. Exposure to event planning and client relationship management is preferred but not required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategize, implement and maintain Global Program initiatives in the Europe region and ensure alignment to Global Marketing objectives and calendar.
  • Lead on the execution of Global programs that take place in KEF Music Gallery London and other locations in Europe.
  • Work closely with the Global Analytics team to set up and track KPIs for Global and Europe programs.
  • Coordinate and project manage both online and offline elements of campaigns.
  • Manage agency, artist and legal relationships on a Global and local (Europe) level.
  • Support Europe marketing teams with communication plans for local programs.

We offer an attractive remuneration package and long-term career development opportunities to the right candidate. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
