About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Foreign Exchange Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Foreign Exchange services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Currency Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operation of our currency exchange services, including reviewing and processing currency orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that all company procedures are followed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our operations to find effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations, suggesting new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
