About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to support transaction advisers on settlement transactions, including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions. You will be responsible for running transactions on time and within budget, developing relationships with stakeholders, and advising clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement'.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support transaction advisers on settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market.
  2. Take responsibility for the successful completion of transactions, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  3. Develop strong relationships with transaction stakeholders, providing exceptional service and communication.
  4. Advise clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement', including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibility.
  5. Contribute to new business opportunities and initiatives both internally and externally.
  6. Leverage your knowledge of the settlement market to deliver innovative settlement solutions for clients.
  7. Support marketing initiatives, including media engagement and our annual marketing campaign.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop new strategies and propositions within the Risk Settlement Group.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. A proven track record of delivering successful settlement transactions.
  2. Industry experience coupled with sound technical capability.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
