About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Aon's Risk Settlement Group as a Senior Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading transaction advisers on settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing senior support or lead transaction adviser on a range of settlement transactions.
  • Ensuring transactions are completed on time and on budget.
  • Leading relationships with transaction stakeholders.
  • Advising clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement'.
  • Creating relationships with external stakeholders to develop settlement opportunities.
  • Leveraging your knowledge of the settlement market to provide innovative settlement solutions.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and media engagement.
  • Playing a role in the growth of the team.

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of delivery on settlement transactions.
  • Wide industry experience coupled with sound technical capability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and ambition.
  • The ability to encourage and develop colleagues.
