About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to work with a range of clients across the pension risk transfer market, including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions.

As a key member of the 70-strong Risk Settlement Group, you will provide senior support or lead transaction adviser on a range of settlement transactions, helping advise clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement'.

You will also create relationships with external stakeholders such as trustees, sponsors, and other transaction advisers to help develop settlement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the settlement market and be able to leverage their knowledge to provide innovative settlement solutions for clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide senior support or lead transaction adviser on a range of settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market.
  2. Help advise clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement', including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibility.
  3. Create relationships with external stakeholders such as trustees, sponsors, and other transaction advisers to help develop settlement opportunities.
  4. Take a central role on new business opportunities and initiatives both internally and externally.
  5. Leverage your knowledge of the settlement market to help provide innovative settlement solutions for our clients.
  6. Support marketing initiatives and media engagement, including our annual marketing campaign and our dedicated risk settlement conference.
