What You'll Do

As a member of our Travel team, you'll work with clients across various urgent, high-impact situations. You'll help deliver significant improvement in business performance and enterprise value across the travel industry, focusing on revenue growth, profit improvement, cash management, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience within the travel industry, preferably with a mix of consulting and industry roles.
  • Understanding of the travel industry's structure, drivers of change, and performance.
  • Specific delivery experience and project leadership in operational improvement, including commercial areas, target operating models, and procurement.
  • Deep understanding of business issues and effective communication skills.
  • Passion for the travel industry and a willingness to build professional and personal growth.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong financial literacy.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
