Job Title: Global Benefits Consulting Director

As a Global Benefits Consulting Director at Willis Towers Watson, you will play a key role in delivering strategic benefits consulting services to multinational clients. This role requires a deep understanding of global health, risk, and benefits, as well as the ability to lead and manage large international consulting client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer and manage multiple client engagements, taking a lead role on client delivery teams and providing guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
  • Provide strategic consulting expertise in global health, risk, and other benefits, establishing a trusted advisor role with clients and providing consistent, superior relationship management.
  • Lead and manage large international consulting client engagements, building leveraged teams that work effectively together and developing plans for execution of large, global engagements.
  • Identify broader needs of the client and contribute to the development of new tools and approaches related to global consulting.
  • Support growth and revenue-expansion goals by identifying opportunities to cross-sell new products and services, partnering with regional/local Health & Benefits, International consultants, and regional/local geography teams.
Requirements:
  • Extensive international benefits experience, preferably with health and risk benefits experience across multiple countries.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share, with a track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading global teams.
  • Fluent in English language (proficiency in other languages is a bonus).
  • Ability to work both on their own and with client teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic locations.
  • Aptitude for the development of junior and mid-level colleagues both formally and informally.
  • Understanding of the nuances of working across borders, with different cultures and with multinational organizations.
  • Ability to deal positively with change and comfort working in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to guide, influence, and bring people together.
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple project priorities.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
