We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our client's team in Ashford, Surrey. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all facilities management services within a School Estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the school's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and secure for all users.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management services.
- Current certificate in IOSH, NEBOSH, or a similar level of health and safety qualification.
- Experience in a facilities or estates management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a 30-minute drive of Ashford, Surrey.
